Accommodation during ICW 2021
Meeting planer is the official partner or the LOC and ICS for planning the international Complemtn Workshop in Berlin. The Conference venue Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz Hotel has been reserved for ICW 2021. We have arranged for special rates in the hotel and to allow short ways to commute we recommended to book rooms in this hotel directly. Hotel arrangements are based on first come, first served basis.
SCANDIC BERLIN POTSDAMER PLATZ is located in the heart of the city on Potsdamer Platz. Right around our hotel, you’ll find the Stage Theatre famous for its musicals, the Sony Center as well as the Film Museum. There are also truly incredible shopping spots like the Mall of Berlin, one of Europe’s biggest shopping centres. A short stroll will take you to the Berlin Wall, the Brandenburger Tor and the Reichstag – the seat of Parliament – where you can explore Berlin’s history.
The hotel is furnished in Scandinavian style and creates a relaxed atmosphere in contrast to the hustle and bustle on Potsdamer Platz. The modern surroundings offer an outstanding selection of shopping opportunities, restaurants and entertainment.
All rooms are designed with Scandinavian minimalism theme and equipped with comfortable box-spring beds, floor-to-ceiling windows and free WiFi.

Standard room single use: €145 per room per night
Standard room double use: €170 per room per night
All rates include daily breakfast and 19 % VAT.

A block reservation in Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz has been made for ICW 2021 guests for September 17 - 24, 2021.
The hotel can be booked as part of the registration. If you wish to book extra days or other room categories please contact: reg@meetingplanners.dk
Cancellations / refund of accommodations
Cancellation made before June 10, 2021: refund will be made less a fee of €45. After this date no refunds will be made.
Cancellation of an existing booking can be made by sending an e-mail to: reg@meetingplanners.dk. Please note that we do not refund the administration fee that is charged upon the registration.

Unfortunately there were several scams in the last years that congress exhibitors/guests were contacted by unauthorized partners to sell non-legitimate rooms.
